About the event
Guests will meet in the main lobby of the Alvarez Homes sales office, where we’ll begin with a welcome period and time to enjoy coffee and pastries.
From there, the group will move to our conference room where Haley Briggs of Greylock Federal Credit Union, one of our trusted lending partners, will walk you through the ins and outs of the construction loan process — with a focus on how financing works specifically for modular homes.
Following the lending overview, Head of Sales Rhonda Johnson will provide a brief introduction to the modular homebuilding process, outlining what to expect from start to finish.
We’ll then open the floor for a short Q&A and allow conversations to continue naturally in a relaxed setting.
Guests will also have the opportunity to tour our five model homes, with time built in for smaller group discussions and optional private conversations with the lender.
