After more than 63 years in the housing industry, the Alvarez Family decided to pass the baton and retire from their family business. It was decided that, with the right successor to carry the banner, they would like their founding-family name to continue to be recognized as synonymous with high-quality new homes in the region.

 

That vision for the next generations of home buyers is now complete with the transfer of ownership of John Alvarez and Sons Homes to its new owner—their long-term business colleagues and personal friends at Ritz-Craft.  The official new company name is now Alvarez Homes, a division of Ritz-Craft but the location, service, attention to quality, and value will remain as before in honor of the family name and reputation built by the Alvarez family. The sales center location will continue to be staffed with the same friendly and competent team.  We hope to see you soon.
